About our Support Team

We’re proud to be supported by a passionate and diverse team of 30 + support workers, each bringing a rich array of skills and experience. 

Every member of our team holds:

• Valid Working With Children Cards
• NDIS Screening Cards
• Training in Medication Administration, Infection Control, and First Aid & CPR.

We believe in ongoing professional growth and offer tailored training aligned with participants individual needs. That’s why we’ve partnered with the NGO Training Centre, offering our team access to a library of 104 NDIS-relevant training courses. 

We ensure safe, high-quality support aligned with NDIS standards. Our staff are equipped to confidently handle diverse and complex needs, and we foster a culture of continuous improvement, professional growth, and leadership.
